The former mode of this system is based on synchronous reference frame (SRF) control algorithm and for the latter mode it is switched to sine pulse width modulation (SPWM) control. This complete system is applicable for handling the prime power quality issue of current harmonics, improving the supply side power factor by taking care of reactive power demand of load and maintaining the continuity of power supply in case of supply interruption with an alternate supply arrangement of fuel cell stack system, which is highly essential for sensitive and emergency type loads.
