Adolescent vaccination for 15-18 year age group was started from 3rd January 2022 onwards with COVAXIN only. In addition to challenges during adult vaccination of 18+ populations, there were added challenges pertaining to adolescent vaccination. This article briefly describes the planning and execution of adolescent vaccination at a district level in a hilly state of North India.
