Following the principle of “Backtracking design”, we develop a curriculum system with student-centered by reverse order. Last, Software talent the reasonable position on training, the core curriculum development, the curriculum content updating, the education method and form innovation. 摘要

通过介绍软件产业的现状和当前对软件工程师的需求,分析了当前高校软件工程师教育中存在的问题。基于obbecdio教育模式,针对当前的软件工程师培养,提出了应用型软件人才培养方案:软件人才的岗位要求、专业要求和胜任能力,设定期望的“学习输出”。我们遵循“回溯设计”的原则,以学生为中心,逆向顺序开发课程体系。最后,软件人才培养的合理定位,核心课程的开发,课程内容的更新,教育方法和形式的创新。深化校企合作,提高教师实践能力,构建分层次的五级实践体系,采用检查点翻转课堂模式,提高毕业生素质。
