At present, Chinese universities cannot keep up with the pace of national education reform. The structural contradictions of local undergraduate colleges are increasingly prominent, the problems of convergence in school positioning and subject design are prominent, the gap of applied talents is huge, and the problem of graduates' employment difficulties is increasing. Severe, related supporting mechanisms are not perfect. This requires adjustments and a path of diversified development. 摘要:模糊评价是以模糊数学为理论支撑,利用模糊关系综合算子等数学概念对模糊边界和难以量化的因素进行定量处理,从多个方面综合评价评价对象的隶属度。目前,中国的大学跟不上国家教育改革的步伐。地方本科院校结构性矛盾日益突出,学校定位和学科设计趋同问题突出,应用型人才缺口巨大,毕业生就业难问题日益突出。严峻,相关配套机制不完善。这需要调整,需要走多元化发展道路。本文探讨了地方本科院校向应用型院校转型的现状,构建了合理的评价模型,为高校教育转型、发展和升级提供思路。
