The neural expert system evaluates the motivational preferences of the employees based on their demographics. Based on the evaluation, the system generates set of customized motivational strategies for each individual employee to motivate them and thus in turn helps to retain them for the longer duration. The paper also justifies the need for the techno-innovation to address the problem of high attrition rate. The research is based on the population of ICT employees working in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar region of Gujarat state in India. The system has been implemented and provides more than 90% of the accuracy in prediction.
