摘要

在开发关键机械工程产品的模型时,必须考虑到机构在工作过程中各环节尺寸链的变化,从而解决动力学问题。提出了一种适用于求解正反问题的动态尺寸链计算方法。在主杆杂散场包含生产误差和初始杆在工作载荷作用下尺寸变化引起的杂散场的条件下,给出了直接问题的解。为了获得产品零件磨损率的值,我们提出利用材料相互作用过程中磨损率与氢形成之间关系的经验依赖关系。

Dynamic tasks in models of product operability
