Selection of optimal regime of revaccination is necessary to estimate consequences of hyper- and hypo- immunization of human population. We consider the optimization model with three immunity levels and double inoculation in urban population, which focuses on hyper- and hypo- immunity minimization criterion. We formulate an optimal control problem to find the optimal strategy of revaccination based on Pontryagin's maximum principle for the class of variable endpoint problems. The intensity of revaccination is determined by using methods of evolutionary games.
