Based on the detailed design concept, this paper summarizes and refines the main design points of pedestrian twice crossing, discusses focusing on the combination of pedestrian phase and motor vehicle phase, and the right-turn vehicle “starting late”; Finally, taking the typical four-phase cross intersection as an example, using VISSIM software, the simulation analysis of the two situation of the current and optimization intersection is carried out. The results show that the pedestrian delay is obviously reduced without a significant increase in vehicle delay.
