A study of heat and mass transfer processes occurring in apparatuses has been carried out. As a result, assumptions for constructing a mathematical model were determined, a mathematical model of the process was developed, boundary and initial conditions were determined. In order to conduct a computational experiment, the model was transferred to a discrete-continuous model. Then the disturbing influences were determined, and the computer simulation was carried out. The simulation results showed the adequacy of the developed mathematical model to the technological process.
