摘要

目的了解巴西、阿根廷、智利和乌拉圭等国辅助人类生殖的相关法规。方法对2013年11月至2014年4月期间巴西、阿根廷、智利和乌拉圭有关辅助人类生殖的法规进行了横断面定性研究。关于辅助人类生殖技术,目前巴西受联邦医学委员会第2013/2013号决议的监管;阿根廷第26,862/2013号法律;在智利,到目前为止,还没有法律规范这些技术的使用;在乌拉圭,第19,167/2013号法案草案正在等待监管。结论巴西、阿根廷、智利和乌拉圭是南美洲国家,在辅助人类生殖实践的监管方面处于不同的法律状况。

Objective

This research aimed to study the regulations of Assisted Human Reproduction in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Method

A cross‐sectional qualitative study of the regulations relating to Assisted Human Reproduction in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay was conducted between November of 2013 and April of 2014.

Results

Regarding the Assisted Human Reproduction techniques, currently Brazil is regulated by Resolution of the Federal Council of Medicine No. 2013/2013; Argentina by Law No. 26,862/2013; in Chile, so far, there is no law regulating the use of these techniques; in Uruguay the draft bill No. 19,167/2013 awaits regulation.

Conclusion

Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay are South American countries that are in different legal situations regarding to the regulation of the practice of Assisted Human Reproduction.
