The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要

本研究旨在部分分析教育水平、培训、组织文化等变量对员工绩效的显著影响,同时分析教育、培训、组织文化等变量对员工绩效的显著影响。研究类型是一种定量方法。本研究的样本为129名在Bhayangkara Kendari医院工作的员工。本研究使用的分析工具是多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明:Bhayangkara Kendari医院培训与组织文化对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,教育对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,培训与员工绩效有显著的正向关系,组织文化对员工绩效有显著的正向关系。在员工绩效方面,对于教育变量,我们发现对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。
