摘要

本研究旨在以电子营销为基础的培训形式,为本西南榜区经理村旅游铁面干山提供产品,开发区域旅游铁面干山。方法采用文献资料法、观察试验法和问卷调查法收集资料。有效性研究表明,平均N-Gain归一化值为0.73(高),平均吸引力值为81%(有吸引力),平均后测和前测分数为493>147,平均后测和前测分数为21.44>2.36,水平显著性为0.05,表明基于电子营销的培训对西楠榜区奉街村游temiangan hill有影响,结果增强了知识和人力资源参与者培训西楠榜区。
