摘要

安全是建设项目管理的首要目标,是保证项目持续推进的关键环节。传统的安全管理方法主要强调通过采取预防措施有效地避免或减少风险因素,而系统弹性理论可以在一定程度上提高建设项目安全管理对外部风险变化的适应性,促进现场安全管理水平的提高。本文主要从三个维度分析装配式建筑安全管理系统的弹性,并提出了一系列安全管理措施;为促进我国装配式建筑安全管理的发展提供思路。
