A continuous coverage is achieved with microcells that accommodate both new and handoff requests. Macrocell (Umbrella cells) only accept handoff requests. The strategy of this contribution tends to favor (prioritize) handoff calls to macrocell for high-speed users. This system is analysed using simulation.
