摘要

本文从模拟与物理概念教学相结合的角度探讨了物理科学教师的素质问题。我们基于Moodle的远程学习平台是面对面持续培训模式的有效替代方案。事实上,传统的训练在时间和空间上是有限的。提出的解决方案可以克服传统的培训问题,同时考虑到物理教师的实际需求。培训符合协同学习的特点:教师在模拟软件中构建自己的知识,与其他教师合作解决学生的学习问题。
