With the development of multi-core architecture, it's efficient to adopt parallel decoding in the multi-core processor environment. According to the characteristics of H.264/AVC standard, this paper analyses the parallelism of decoding algorithm, designs a parallelization approach of Hybrid decomposition, and implements parallel decoding based on the TILE64 multi-core processor.
