摘要

本文旨在解释和分析印尼的伊斯兰教投资活动。在一些发达国家,投资已成为最受欢迎的经济活动之一,迄今为止,投资在印度尼西亚等发展中国家也很普遍。伊斯兰共同基金是一项有趣的活动,人们将按照伊斯兰教法的规定在交易大厅投资他们的财富。由于伊斯兰教法共同基金是一种向公众募集资金的手段或容器,这些资金将由投资经理协助投资于证券组合。在这种情况下,证券投资组合可以是货币市场工具、股票、债券或它们几种形式的组合。伊斯兰共同基金的运作机制包括两个渠道,其一,资本所有者与投资管理人之间的契约是通过wakalah制度来实现的。其次,投资经理和投资用户被置于一份mudharabah协议中。伊斯兰共同基金的基本原则是mudharabah或qiradh原则,这意味着资本所有者将其财产的一部分交给有能力进一步管理的其他人,并规定根据双方事先商定的条件从管理结果中获得的利润进行分配。关键词:投资;伊斯兰共同基金;
