Teacher awareness in creating a harmonious working environment is needed, especially in terms of openness to give new information which has relation with learning activities. The purpose of the research is to analyze the correlation between job environment with teacher’s performance, job motivation with teacher’s performance, job environment and job motivation together with teacher’s performance. This research is done at SLB Sri Sudewi in Jambi City. The research method used is survey method populations are all SLB teachers in Jambi City. The research respondents are 60 teachers. 摘要
