As a solution to the above problem, this paper proposed a fuzzy group decision making multi attribute method based on a combination of fuzzy Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method and maximizing set and minimizing set defuzzification method. The defuzzification method is applied for CPs services ranking. The method is based on triangular fuzzy numbers and aims to aid decision makers (DMs) to evaluate and then rank CPs services.
