摘要

知识管理(KM)已成为企业和组织成功的重要因素。本文将知识组织为“主体-行为-客体”形式。讨论了知识管理的五个过程:知识创造、知识提取、知识分类、知识检索和知识共享与重用。在知识检索过程中,将基于本体对用户查询进行扩展,得到更多语义相关的结果。该方法可以有效地搜索和重用知识。
