ANALISIS KEUANGAN DESA OEMATNUNU KECAMATAN KUPANG BARAT KABUPATEN KUPANG

Desa Oematnunu memiliki lahan pertanian yang cukup menjanjikan. Hasil penelitian ini sebenarnya ironis karena PADes (Pendapatan Asli Desa) yang diperoleh sangat kecil. Jika dibandingkan dengan hasil penelitian di dua desa di Kabupaten Flores Timur, di mana potensi lahan pertanian tidak terlalu subur, kontribusi PADes terhadap APBDes (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa) jauh lebih tinggi daripada di Desa Oematnunu. Ini bisa menjadi penilaian yang buruk terhadap kinerja aparat Desa Oematnunu dimana mereka tidak dapat menangkap potensi sumber daya alam di Desa. Belanja reguler di Desa Oematnunu masih jauh lebih kecil dari belanja pembangunan. Ini berarti bahwa pemerintah desa Oematnunu terus memprioritaskan alokasi anggaran untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyatnya, dimana terdapat peningkatan anggaran dari tahun ke tahun. The results of this study are actually ironic because the PADes (village original income) obtained are very small. When compared with the results of research in two villages in East Flores Regency, where the potential for agricultural land was not very fertile, the contribution of PADes to the APBDes (village income and expenditure budget) was far higher than that of Oematnunu Village. This can be a bad assessment of the performance of the Oematnunu Village apparatus where it cannot capture the potential of natural resources in the Village. Regular shopping in Oematnunu Village is still much smaller than development spending. This means that the village government of Oematnunu continues to prioritize budget allocations for community economic empowerment in improving the welfare of its people, where there is an increase in the budget from year to year.
