In the developed method the value of the potentially energy undersupply at the primary equipment element due to a fault of the RPA equipment was used as a risk index. The local and remote backup protections, the operating parameters and the probabilities of disturbances occurrence in the adjacent network were considered by the method. The risks calculation for the IEEE 14 typical circuit was performed on the basis of the developed algorithm. The basic dependencies were determined and the conclusions on the algorithm applicability were drawn. The risk calculation in the maintenance costs value was distinguished as a prospective line of research. 摘要
