Firstly, establish the reliability model of smart meter based on the component stress method. Secondly, combined with the field data, smart meter prediction model is established based on new Weibull distribution parameter method and point estimation method respectively. Thirdly, the fuzzy binary sorting method is used to optimize two smart meter failure rate for optimal smart meter optimal failure rate. On the basis of the above research, construct the optimization model of the failure rate of the smart meter and then build the optimization model of the reliability of the smart meter. Prediction optimal model of smart meters for reliability proposed in this paper can well reflect the actual working status of smart meters. 摘要

针对智能电表可靠性对智能电网的影响,提出了一种智能电表可靠性预测优化模型。首先,基于构件应力法建立智能电表可靠性模型。其次,结合现场数据,分别基于新的威布尔分布参数法和点估计法建立了智能电表预测模型;再次,采用模糊二元排序法对两个智能电表故障率进行优化,得到最优的智能电表最优故障率。在上述研究的基础上,构建智能电表故障率的优化模型,进而构建智能电表可靠性的优化模型。本文提出的智能电表可靠性预测优化模型能较好地反映智能电表的实际工作状态。可以为国内各智能电表企业提供借鉴和借鉴。
