Problems of Application of Laws in Force Establishing Qualification Requirements for a Notary in the Russian Federation
This article discusses the features of applying in practice certain qualification requirements established by the current legislation to a notary. The position is expressed on the need to amend the legislation on notaries, in terms of introducing an educational qualification similar to the requirements for judges.
