This study aims to determine: 1) Discipline of students in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang. 2) Learning achievement of students in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang. 3) The relationship between discipline and student achievement in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang.  This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of class XI, totaling 50 students. The sampling technique was carried out using a total sampling technique, namely as many as 53 students who became the research sample. The analysis used in this research is percentage and correlation.  The results of this study indicate: 1) The discipline of students in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang is in the high category. 2) The learning achievement of students in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang is in a fairly good category. 3) There is a relationship between discipline and student achievement in Class XI SMA PGRI 4 Padang with quite strong cohesiveness. 摘要

本研究的背景是,有学生做老师布置的作业迟到,有学生在家做作业时不做,也有学生经常抄袭朋友的作业。这种类型的研究是描述性定量的。抽样技术采用全抽样技术,即多达53名学生成为研究样本。在本研究中使用的分析是百分比和相关性。本研究结果表明:1)巴东市SMA PGRI 4班学生的学科水平处于高水平。3)巴东市SMA PGRI 4班纪律与学生成绩之间存在一定的关系,具有较强的凝聚力。本研究建议学生了解并遵守适用的规则和规范,以进一步改善家庭、学校和社会环境中的纪律。
