In Brazil, this direction has been introduced by Bill No. 867 of 2015 that establishes the program School without Party and by Bill No. 246 of 2019, which innovates by establishing as a right of the students the recording of the classrooms. Thus, to problematize the assumptions of this project, which also constitutes a movement, is the purpose of this article. For the purposes of elaborating counterpoints to this proposal of emptying education, we carried out a literature review based on critical social theory.
