摘要

提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的车牌检测算法。采用DSP实现实时检测。利用卡尔曼滤波提高车牌定位速度,减少定位帧数。通过我们提出的特征滤波算法可以增强LP的特征。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地检测车牌,准确率达到99%以上。

A novel DSP based real time license plate detection algorithm
