基于二维压电声子晶体(PCs)的反射光栅作为一种新型结构,已经进行了多年的研究。本文提出了一种分析该反射光栅在两个方向上反射率的方法。该方法首先利用商用软件COMSOL Multiphysics,采用三维有限元法(FEM)进行了共振模态分析,该方法精度高,适用于二维pc结构。通过共振模态分析,可以得到反射率。结果表明,二维反射光栅在x方向上的反射率是一维反射光栅的2.2倍,在y方向上的反射率是一维反射光栅的5.6倍。结果表明,二维pc反射光栅可用于SAW谐振器,以提高其性能。二维pc在声表面波谐振器上的应用还有待进一步研究。
