Czech PTT Power Supply Laboratory

The Power Supply Laboratory Is part of the organizational pattern of TESTCON whose full name is Technical Centre of Telecommunications and Posts Prague the former PTT Research Institute which is administered by the tinistbry of Economy of the Czech Republic. This laboratory closely cooperates with the Laboratory of Radio Reception Protection, the Laboratory of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EIC) specialized for the domain of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and the Laboratory of Electrical Safety and is linked to the Mletrological Centre (HIfrovd sttedisko) accredited by the Government. It should eventually ensure that only such power supplies will be commissioned for telecommunications which fulfil the strict requirements for electromagnetic compatibi lity (EMIC) and for other parameters affecting the reliability of the power supplies themselves as vell as of the related technology.
