In this paper, an object oriented approach has been used to model the 3D prismatic part in VC++ using ST-Developer software package. The part model is based on STEP AP 203, the resulting part 21 file is interpreted and converted in to a Parasolid, which is given has an input to the AFR module where the manufacturing view software is used to recognize the features automatically. By using workingstep list obtained from AFR module, machining time is calculated for each operation and an automatic process sequence has been generated with alternative sequence of operations having different machining times. 摘要
针对具有槽、袋、孔等不同特征的三维棱形零件,提出了一种CAD与CAM集成的车间编程系统。提出的方法的主要模块是(i)建模模块(ii)解释器模块(iii)自动特征识别(AFR)模块(iv)工艺规划模块(v)零件程序生成模块。本文采用面向对象的方法,利用ST-Developer软件包在vc++中对三维棱柱体零件进行建模。零件模型基于STEP AP 203,得到的零件21文件被解释并转换为Parasolid,该Parasolid被输入到AFR模块,其中制造视图软件用于自动识别特征。利用AFR模块得到的工作步骤表,计算每道工序的加工时间,生成具有不同加工时间的备选工序序列的自动加工序列。将加工时间最短的顺序输入到商用CAM系统中生成零件程序。
