The proposed method can achieve smaller clamp voltage errors and less power dissipation than traditional design method according to the design requests. In order to improve the design accuracy of clamp voltage and reduce the power loss, detailed analysis of RCD clamp circuit including diode reverse recovery charge is performed. Based on the analysis, the process of an accurate design method of RCD circuit is presented.
