Joint Power and Channel Allocation for D2D Underlaid Multi-user Cellular Networks
The underlay resource sharing mode of Device-to-Device (D2D) communication can strongly interference between D2D users (DUEs) and cellular users (CUEs), which has become a major challenge of the current D2D and cellular hybrid network. Different from the previous one or more D2D links and one cellular link sharing channel resources, the novel case of D2D links multiplexing multiple cellular sub-channels for improving the spectrum utilization of the network is considered in this paper. The DUEs power and channel allocation problem can be redefined as an objective optimization problem to maximize the total channel capacity of the DUEs and CUEs. In addition, a matrix channel allocation algorithm is proposed, which allocates at least one cellular sub-channels for each DUE. Simulation results show that the scheme can effectively improve the network performance.
