摘要

为了消除教师作为研究者的困惑,实现教师研究的身份认同,通过对教师在不同阶段主导地位的萌发、发展和深入调查,发现教师作为研究者有三种不同的身份认同:“行动研究者”、“反思实践者”、“批判实践者”。本文着重论述了教师研究者三种身份的发展、认识论倾向以及优缺点。
