Using evidential reasoning algorithms, the criteria values are aggregated and the interval intuitionist fuzzy sets of alternatives are obtained; considering the incomplete certain information on weight, a nonlinear programming model is developed and the weight of various attribute is obtained. The niche genetic algorithm is proposed to search optimization and improve astringency.
