The key information of computer privacy data encryption is constructed, the key rearrangement of computer privacy data is carried out by using the method of key phase spatial structure reorganization, the vector quantitative coding design of computer privacy data is carried out by using sequential logic optimization method, and the coding protocol between computer privacy data is established. Combined with quantum coding and timing logic statistical analysis method, the adaptive optimization in the process of distributed computer network security is carried out. The output conversion control of computer privacy data encryption storage is realized, and the output performance of computer privacy data encryption storage is improved.
