The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to consumers and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the brand image affects customer satisfaction by 15% and the rest is influenced by other factors. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析品牌形象对顾客满意度的影响。本研究采用定量描述方法。本研究样本为万隆格里亚超市自有品牌产品(YOA)的112名消费者,采用非概率抽样-判断抽样。本研究通过向消费者发放问卷的方式进行信息收集,并采用描述性分析、相关分析、回归分析、决定系数分析和假设检验等方法进行分析。本研究结果表明,品牌形象对顾客满意度的影响为15%,其余部分受其他因素的影响。分析结果表明,品牌形象对顾客满意度有正向影响。
