Online Resources Chapter A: Information, Consultation, Participation, and Insolvency

This chapter evaluates the degree to which employment law facilitates worker participation in corporate decision-making and confers rights upon workers to be informed and consulted about developments in their employer’s business and strategic operations, at both cross-border and national levels.
