Species of the Nematode eggs found were Ascaris sp., Ascaridia galli, , Capillaria sp., Toxocara cati. 摘要

本研究的目的是鉴定感染泗水白鹭的虫卵种类。共采集40份样本,在实验室进行粪便检查,分别采用天然法、沉淀法和漂浮法。在漂浮法中,由于红糖溶液对虫卵的漂浮速度更快,因此采用饱和红糖溶液作为漂浮介质。然后通过显微镜分类和教科书对比观察对虫卵种类进行了进一步的鉴定。在泗水地区的白鹭粪便中发现了吸虫、囊虫和线虫三类蠕虫卵。发现的线虫卵种类有蛔虫、加利蛔虫、毛线虫、猫弓形虫。在吸虫纲中发现的卵种为棘孔虫,在吸虫纲中发现的卵种为革命棘孔虫。
