摘要

不锈钢焊管在生产过程中容易产生气孔、边咬、焊角、不熔合等致命缺陷。对焊管生产过程中的缺陷进行定性识别,及时调整设备和焊接工艺参数,可以有效地减少缺陷的发生。本研究采用超声波检测,对缺陷时域信号采用小波包分解,分析缺陷信号振幅的差异并利用缺陷回波能量定性判断缺陷类型,实验结果表明,在超声波检测中,采用小波包分解算法,可以实现对不锈钢焊管缺陷的检测与识别。
