A fast measurement of temporary value of frequency is based on evaluation of a phase difference of signals propagating through the microwave transmission lines having unequal but known lengths. The paper presents integrated version of microwave correlator containing socalled proportional phase shift forming network (PPhSFN) and six-port on a single printed circuit board (PCB).
