摘要

本文以2000-2009年的行业实际数据为样本，对中部地区FDI技术溢出效应进行测度，采用面板数据，运用测度方法对FDI技术溢出效应进行分析。结果表明:中部地区FDI技术溢出效应为正，且优于其他地区;最后，本文结合我国的现状，阐述了中部地区如何吸引外资的重点。
