This study aims to provide a description of the extent to which the Kampus Mengajar program contributes to the skills of providing counseling and guidance services at the elementary school level. Using descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling to recruit respondents with the criteria of Islamic Counseling Guidance study program students who participate the Kampus Mengajar program batch I and 2 (n = 9). The data analysis technique uses theme analysis. Results found additional skills that respondents acquired during the assignment of the Kampus Mengajar program is communication skills, open learning skills, report cards building skills, observation skills, and increased ability to empathize. 摘要

Kampus Mengajar作为Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)政策的一部分,被视为推进和提高教育质量的努力。本研究旨在描述Kampus Mengajar项目在多大程度上促进了在小学层面提供咨询和指导服务的技能。采用描述性定性和有目的抽样的方法,招募符合伊斯兰咨询指导研究项目标准的参加坎普大学Mengajar项目第一期和第二期的学生(n = 9)。数据分析技术采用主题分析。结果发现,受访者在Kampus Mengajar项目的任务中获得的其他技能是沟通技巧、开放式学习技能、制作成绩单技能、观察技能和增强的同理心能力。研究结果还表明,在实践中,“校园教学”项目为小学实施指导咨询服务的技能提供了实践空间。关键词:辅导辅导,蒙加校园,小学
