摘要

本文研究了治疗用氙灯光源设备的“短波边界”、“能量密度”、“能量输出均匀性”、“脉冲持续时间”等关键技术参数,确定了测量标准,提出了适用于该设备的计量性能评价方法。对国内广泛使用的几种典型治疗用氙气光源设备进行了评价,实验结果表明,本文所提出的评价方法是科学有效的,可用于设备的定期校准,以建立设备的计量溯源体系。

Experimental research on metrological performance evaluation of xenon light source equipment for therapeutic use
