Terahertz surface plasmon resonance of periodic silicon micro-dot arrays
We have demonstrated the existence of surface plasmon resonances of silicon micro-dot arrays at THz frequencies. The dipole polarization mode associated with the surface plasmon resonance peak may be tuned by modifying the micro-dot radius.
