The fabrication of materials is done in a more miniaturized way for merging the different aspects of the working field in a single device. The paper presents a review of different technologies that had been used electronically for the last two decades for the production of substances that are used in the field of electronics, electrical and biochemistry. The review includes the development of nanoparticles, biosensors and other small scaled devices for practical applications like detection of bacteria and other pathogens.
