Firstly, considering the relative importance of different dimension information, a new 2D2TL comparison method and distance formula are proposed; On this basis, the second dimension decision-making information and the entropy of each expert are calculated to obtain the expert weight, and then the attribute weight is got by the maximum deviation method; Secondly, by determining the positive and negative ideal alternatives, the prospect value function of each alternative is calculated. Multi-attribute group decision making method based on 2-dimension 2-tuple linguistic information
