The samples used in this study are employees who have positions as supervisor, officer, manager, and executive with the number of sample returned is 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). 摘要

本研究的题目为“以创新为中介变量的知识管理和组织学习对组织绩效的影响(以马丽华大酒店为例)”。本研究的目的是确定知识管理、组织学习、创新和组织绩效之间的关系。本研究使用的样本是担任主管、官员、经理和行政人员职位的员工,返回的样本数量为60名受访者。本研究使用的数据分析技术是结构方程模型(SEM)。研究结果表明:(1)知识管理与企业创新存在显著正相关关系;(2)组织学习与创新存在显著正相关;(3)知识管理与组织绩效存在不显著的正相关关系;(4)组织学习与组织绩效之间存在不显著的正相关;(5)创新与组织学习存在显著正相关;(6)角色创新在知识管理与组织绩效的关系中起中介作用;(7)角色创新在组织学习与组织绩效的关系中起中介作用。
