The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of board of directors diversity on firm value. This research was conducted on Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample of this study was selected using purposive sampling. This study obtained data from 56 companies with a total sample used in this study as many as 236 companies. Testing this hypothesis using multiple linear regression test with SPSS software version 24. 摘要

性别、年龄、任期、教育背景和国籍的多样性是公司在选择董事会成员时必须考虑的因素。本研究的目的是分析董事会多元化对公司价值的影响。本研究是针对2016-2020年在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的房地产和建筑行业公司进行的。本研究的样本选择采用有目的抽样。本研究获得了来自56家公司的数据,本研究使用的总样本多达236家公司。采用SPSS软件24版进行多元线性回归检验。结果表明,性别多样性、学历多样性和任期多样性对企业价值有影响,而年龄多样性和国籍多样性对企业价值没有影响。
