Data were obtained from bank employees in Iran. After a screening process, the data from a sample of 127 employees was used to test the mediation model using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicated that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on knowledge management and social capital. Furthermore, social capital had a significant positive effect on knowledge management confirming the mediating role of social capital. The current research contributes to the knowledge management literature by exploring a plausible explanation for the strong relationships between organizational culture and knowledge management. This study encourages practitioners to develop social capital and mutual trust among employees to promote effective knowledge management practices.","PeriodicalId":196147,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. 摘要

本研究考察了社会资本在组织文化与知识管理关系中的中介作用。数据来自伊朗的银行员工。在筛选过程中,采用结构方程模型(SEM)对127名员工的样本数据进行检验。结果表明,组织文化对知识管理和社会资本具有显著的正向影响。此外,社会资本对知识管理有显著的正向影响,证实了社会资本的中介作用。本研究通过探索组织文化与知识管理之间的紧密关系的合理解释,为知识管理文献做出了贡献。本研究鼓励从业者发展社会资本和员工之间的相互信任,以促进有效的知识管理实践。
