In this paper, the effectiveness of teacher training in colleges and universities is comprehensively analyzed from five elements, including knowledge effectiveness, skill effectiveness, ability effectiveness, education concept effectiveness and education informatization ability effectiveness. 摘要:在当今大数据时代背景下,中国教育信息化进入了一个新的阶段,这就要求高校教师进一步提高信息技术与教学创新深度融合的能力。在高校教师培训体系中,教师培训是实现教师综合能力提升的重要载体。本文从知识有效性、技能有效性、能力有效性、教育理念有效性和教育信息化能力有效性五个要素对高校教师培训的有效性进行了综合分析。同时,本文运用大数据挖掘分析技术,选取2015-2019年中国教育部和国家统计局数据集,运用OLS和2SLS线性回归模型,分析高校教师培训效果对高校毕业生就业的影响效应。结果表明,高校教师培训有效性对高校毕业生就业具有显著的正向影响。
