In the teacher training system of colleges and universities, teacher training is an important carrier to realize the improvement of teachers' comprehensive ability enhancement. In this paper, the effectiveness of teacher training in colleges and universities is comprehensively analyzed from five elements, including knowledge effectiveness, skill effectiveness, ability effectiveness, education concept effectiveness and education informatization ability effectiveness.
